Mint and Coriander Sauce

I

n my opinion this Mint and coriander Sauce is essential at your BBQ party. Period. It is summery, fresh and aromatic – what else can you ask for?

If you have that “special” relationship with coriander that it doesn’t go anywhere near your mouth – change it to parsley.

Shame thou!

Tamarind – is an exotic tropical fruit.

The pulp of a pod-like fruit is used a lot in different cuisines around the world. It is sweet in flavour and generally looks like beans.

You can also get a tamarind past which probably is much easier to find, convenient to store and easy to use.

It is also widely available online.
