St. Patrick’s Peas and Pisco Cocktail with Aloe Vera

appy St. Patrick’s Day!

Let’s celebrate with a boozy drink, of course! Yes! It is green, obviously… And No! it is not with shamrock/clover… As much as I wish I could make one with this traditional Irish plant, I don’t think it would taste as good as this beauty.

Try St. Patrick’s Peas and Pisco Cocktail with Aloe Vera and may the luck of the Irish be with you!

10 minutes
2 persons

Ingredients for Cocktail:

80ml Pisco

60ml Sauvignon Blanc

20ml Lemon Juice

30ml Sugar Syrup

50ml Aloe Vera Juice

2 Handfuls of Pea Shoots

Ice

Method:

1. Put the peas shoots in the bottom of a shaker and muddle like you mean it.

2. Add other ingredients and an ice cube.

3. Shake well for 15-20sec

4. Strain into the glass to get rid of the pea shoot bits.

5. Serve with ice and decorate with some fresh pea shoots
