Citrus Immune Boost Juice

It is very important to boost our immune system, especially during the winter months. Luckily citrus fruits are in season now but we often limit ourselves to just oranges. Try this zingy and fresh Citrus Immune Boost Juice to increase number of citrus fruits you eat and give your immune system a good kick. My mouth is watering just writing about it!

  1. 1 Pink Grapefruit
  2. 2 Oranges
  3. 1 Lime
  4. 6 Mint Leaves
  5. 200ml Water

  1. Let’s start by peeling and removing the membranes from the grapefruit. Put the flesh into a blender. (I use Nutribullet)
  2. Next squeeze the juice from the oranges and lime, and add it into the blender.
  3. Add mint leaves, water and blend for 30-45 sec.
  4. Serve immediately.
