Carrot Ginger & Turmeric Juice

Carrot ginger and turmeric is a wild combination for a juice! It ticks all the boxes: boosting your immune system, rich in vitamins, anti-inflammatory and just great way to start your day. Some say that this combination even helps with weight loss. Use a pinch of black pepper in the juice as it helps to absorb the good stuff from turmeric (curcumin). I assume you are already peeling the carrot, right?

Ingredients
  1. 2 Oranges
  2. 1 Big Carrot
  3. 1cm Fresh Ginger
  4. 1cm Fresh Turmeric
  5. 150ml Water
  6. Pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrot, ginger and turmeric.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
  3. Put all ingredients into a blender (I use Nutribullet) and blend until smooth and well combined.
  4. Serve immediately.
