6 Mint Leaves
1. Let’s start by peeling and removing the membranes from the grapefruit. Put the flesh into a blender. (I use NutriBullet).
2. Next squeeze the juice from the oranges and lime, and add it into the blender.
3. Add mint leaves, water and blend for 30-45 sec.
4. Serve immediately.
