Carrot ginger and turmeric is a wild combination for a juice! It ticks all the boxes: boosting your immune system, rich in vitamins, anti-inflammatory and just great way to start your day. Some say that this combination even helps with weight loss. Use a pinch of black pepper in the juice as it helps to absorb the good stuff from turmeric (curcumin).
I assume you are already peeling the carrot, right?

Turmeric, which has been used in Indian coking and medicine for thousands of years,
now becoming more and more popular in Western Countries.
I mean we all heard about it and probably even used it in cooking but
only recently we started to appreciate its medicinal properties like anti-inflammatory,
high level of antioxidants and ability to fight depression.
So yea, go turmeric!
